特点：本机采用四凸轮及连杆原理，驱动下工作台（下工作台面安装下模具），作直线运动和翻转运动。操作简易，所有工作均由PLC程序控制，可以通过人机界面，根据不同的产品性能，设定不同的工艺参数。传动由变频器控制，根据生产特点可设定不同的运行速度。该机工作效率高，产品质量稳定，成型速度可达30模/分，自动叠杯，避免了人工理杯可能受到的污染。

Feature: Our machine adopted four-cams and connecting rod elements to drive lower workbench which the mould on it, do rectilinear movement and tilting motion. It is easy to operate. The PLC control all work. According to different product performance，operator can set different technological parameter by human-computer interface.This machine works on high efficient and make good quality product. The max running speed is 30 cycle/minute. Max forming area is 550*220mm. It can stack cups automatically.
